Coaching Mini Clinics

This season Row NS is organizing and hosting three coaching mini clinics to help provide practical and meaningful coach development opportunities in targeted skill areas. These mini clinics are free to attend for rowing coaches across the province.

The three targeted areas of skill development are rigging, injury and prevention and boat repair.
– Rigging Clinic: led by Patrick Cody (Provincial Team Coach);
– Injury and Prevention: led by Karen Decker (Physiotherapist who has attended the Olympic Games in Athens (2004) and Beijing (2008) and the Commonwealth Games in Scotland (2014) as part of the Canadian Health Care Team);
– Boat Repair: led by Bob Sawler.
