Row Nova Scotia will be hosting the RCA Coach Weekend #1 coach workshop from March 17-19, 2017 at Oakwood House in Dartmouth, NS. The RCA Coach Weekend #1 workshop will begin on Friday March 17 at 5:30pm, and run through the day Saturday and Sunday. The cost of the workshop is $150. This workshop is for coaches wishing to acquire NCCP Competition Introduction equivalence and will be working with athletes in the training to train and early learning to compete stage of LTAD.
