The Community Engagement Committee increases positive awareness of the sport of rowing through various communications efforts, fundraising initiatives, and membership support.

-
The Governance Committee addresses the mechanics of running a volunteer-led organization allowing the Board to focus on fulfilling its strategy and mission in a manner that is transparent and accountable to its members.
-
The High Performance Committee focuses on the programs that will enable our rowers, coaches, officials and clubs to develop excellence in the competitive stream of rowing at the provincial, national and international level.

The Safety and Events Committee hosts events and ensures safe competitive environments for all rowers, coaches, officials and volunteers across Nova Scotia.
