For the past year, the Row NS Board of Directors has been discussing the development of our new strategic plan for 2021-2025. In the summer, consultants San Patten and Phoebe Owens were brought aboard to assist us in the development of our new plan. In early November, Row NS held a Strategic Planning Townhall Meeting with many of our members joining the virtual meeting and providing great feedback, input, and direction. The input from this meeting was compiled and used to develop a draft strategic plan.
