North Star’s Sophie Inkpen is representing Canada in the Lightweight Women’s Double alongside Karissa Riley (Calgary Rowing Club/UWO) at the 2021 World Rowing U23 Championships which kick off today in Racice, Czech Republic.
Sophie and Karissa will be lining up against Hungary, France, Germany, and Greece in Heat 1 on Thursday, July 8. A live stream will be available for all races on worldrowing.com and on World Rowing’s YouTube channel. Be sure to cheer on Sophie and the rest of Team Canada as they go for gold this weekend.
