Row Nova Scotia will be hosting the RCA Coach Weekend #2 Coach Workshop from November 23-25, 2018 at Oakwood House in Dartmouth, NS. The RCA Coach Weekend #2 workshop will begin on Friday at 5:30pm and run through the day Saturday and Sunday. The cost of the workshop is $150. This workshop is for coaches wishing to acquire NCCP Competition Introduction equivalence and will be working with athletes in the training to train and early learning to compete stage of LTAD. The prerequisite for attending this course is completion of the RCA Coach Weekend #1 coach workshop and assignment.
