Coach Workshop with Al Morrow, Peter Cookson and Michelle Darvill from AMP Rowing

We are hosting a virtual coach workshop on Monday August 9, 2021 8:30pm-9:30pm (ADT), that will be led Al Morrow, Peter Cookson, and Michelle Darvill (coach of the 2021 Olympic gold medal winning W8+) from AMP Rowing. This workshop will involve a presentation on the new RCA Model Technique, tips and tricks on how to work with athletes to improve technique, and all things technique! Al Morrow has had a long career as a National Team coach, having coached many Olympic and World Championship medal winning crews. He has also been heavily involved in the Rowing Canada Coach Education Program since it began. Al will be available for questions after the session.
