Row Nova Scotia developing, promoting and growing the sport of rowing in Nova Scotia
Fifteen Nova Scotia rowers travelled to Eastern Rowing Association (ERA) Regatta in Montreal, QB over the Canada Day weeekend. The Provincial Team had a strong showing with many of our athletes finishing near the top of their categories all weekend long. The group ended up bringing home some hardware: Ben Walls (CG M1x, M2x, M2-), Marshall Taylor (CG M2-) and Tristan Kays (CG M2x) were all able to capture gold medals with many other boats narrowly missing! Many of the athletes competing will travel to Winnipeg, MB in a month to represent Team Nova Scotia at the 2017 Canada Summer Games.
