Registration is now open for two upcoming coaching workshops this Spring in Nova Scotia.
Learn to Row (LTR) Coach Workshop is the entry into the RCA coach development pathway and is geared toward people interested in coaching learn to row lessons at clubs. The workshop content is intended to provide the coach with knowledge, skills, and abilities to instruct learn to row sessions with beginners. The LTR workshop will take place over the course of one full day from 8am-5pm. The cost of the LTR Coach Workshop is $50 per person, paid prior to the beginning of the workshop.

The RCA Coach Weekend #1 Workshop is for coaches wishing to acquire NCCP Competition Introduction equivalence and will be working with athletes in the training to train and early learning to compete stage of the LTAD. The RCA Coach Weekend #1 workshop will run Saturday and Sunday 8:00am until approximately 5:00pm. The cost of the workshop is $100 which can be paid prior to the start of the workshop.
